In
the middle of 1978, Mrs. Esperanza leaves Canary Islands in search of
new adventures in South America. She founds la casa de los Espaguetis
(the Spaghetti House) and after 11 years of constant work she commences
her great dream: She constructs her first cabin in the Venezuelan Andes,
El Guanche.
At
present, there are five totally equipped cabins, where you can enjoy unforgettable
vacations in the middle of the nature, doubtlessly an atmosphere where
you will find comforts and a great variety of plates of the finest Andean
kitchen, far from the urban stress.
