the State of Merida, located in Manzano Alto (the Tall Apple Tree), 11.34
kilometers west of Plaza Bolivar, approximately 1700 m above sea level,
walking distance from Paramo de los Conejos (the Moor of the Rabbits), you
find La Cabaña del Turista. There you can enjoy one of the most attractive
places of the region.
La Cabaña del Turista is a holiday village with restaurant, posada, cabins, playground, and tour service.

the restaurant you can enjoy traditional food, everything is homemade; for
example stuffed trout, grilled trout, charcoal-grilled meat, pizzas and
ice cream.
The posada (inn) has capacity for 30 people. An individual cabin for six people with three bedrooms, an excellent vue, hot water, and DRTV.
