A Delicacy of Tender Corn

Cachapas are a type of pancakes made of natural tender corn. This is an exquisite native Venezuelan dish and the preparation is an art.

My Cachapa have a variety of cachapas, for example cachapas with queso de mano (a type of cheese kneaded by hand), queso guayanes (cheese processed with wood spatulas), soft cheese, or if you desire, with fried port or ham.
